Not getting what you’ve been working extremely hard for? Feeling frustrated because nothing seems to work? Have you ever thought that maybe your simply trying too hard to manifest what you want?
I know, I know, we are raised in a world where we are constantly bombarded with the attitude that we have to “Work hard to become successful” and that we need to “Work hard for what we want”! So is trying too hard to manifest what you want even possible?
Joy, love, peace and forgiveness are all classed as “High Vibrational” feelings and we all know by now that our inner feelings create our outer experiences. So if we want to attract an abundant life, then we’ve got to remain somewhat “High” right?!
( Okay, maybe not “high, high” I probably could’ve phrased that differently!) but feeling good and expressing more positivity is essential if we want to start attracting and living an abundant life, say goodbye to the days of wallowing in low vibe feelings/thoughts because they are ultimately keeping your life at one level only, and that sucks!
For as long as I can remember I have always been an indecisive person, even the smallest choices can become monstrous to me. This often leaves me in a pit of frustration and negativity and in result I waste a lot of time and miss possible opportunities.
After delving into numerous self development books, I was reminded that the ability to listen to your gut (intuition) enhances your insight and in result, you begin to make better decision choices. But how do you develop strong intuition?

Can’t quite work out how to start or what you need to do? – There are a load of myths and misconceptions around meditation that can make it seem too complicated and prevents a lot of people from actually trying, although, once I uncovered these beliefs it became a whole lot easier to understand and meditation is now something I couldn’t live without.
